Shipping Policy

We ask that you please carefully read through this section before contacting us with questions regarding shipping.

Shipping is billed separately from your enclosure order, and you will receive a separate invoice from us that will include your finalized shipping charges. This is due to the nature of ordering a custom product (different sizes and custom options = different weights) and having to have your order(s) palletized before a final weight can be taken.

Once your order is weighed and a final weight is calculated, you will be notified and sent a shipping invoice. The shipping invoice must be satisfied before your order(s) can ship. There are no exceptions to this.

We have found that this the best way to ensure that our customers get the most accurate shipping rates possible.

Enclosures can be shipped fully assembled, or flat packed (assembly required). Be sure to let us know which you prefer when you submit your order. If you do not specify how you would like your order shipped, it will be shipped flat packed by default and will require assembly by you when it arrives.

We ship most frequently using FEDEX and available freight services. If these services are unavailable in your area we will work with you to find an alternate freight service to handle your order.

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification

Due to the high volume of orders our current lead time on enclosures is approximately 8 to 10 weeks for a complete build out. Please allow extra time due to carrier shipping delays related to COVID.**

  ** Lead/shipping time is subject to change at any time with or without notice. If you've been waiting longer than the projected current lead/shipping time, please contact us by phone, e-mail, or our easy to use contact form.
 * * Choosing the expedited building service add-on does not guarantee the completion of your order by a certain date or time. It simply moves your order to the front of the line so that it can be completed faster.
**All orders are given a 30 day grace period from completion date to schedule shipping/pick up. After the initial 30 days, storage fees will begin to be charged on a daily basis (charge varies upon order size). After those 60 days all items will be considers abandoned WITHOUT refund, unless proper communication from the client is made to try and help us accommodate clients issues.
